SWBAT— use time in a correct way and listen to each other carefully.

Lesson steps

1.Motivation. Greetings. Checking h/w. Warm up. Org.moment\ Уюштуруу

Teacher’s action: Good afternoon everybody! How are you today? I am glad to see you.Who is absent today? Ok,guys let’s begin our lesson. Firstly, I will check your hometask. What was your hometask for today?

Let’s sing a song. Five little  fingers.

Teacher will divide them into two groups by the interactive board.

Student’s action: Students will try to answer all teacher’s questions and they can learn daily and new phrases.

Students will repeat the song after the teacher then they will song by themselves.

2.Presentation / Жаңы теманы түшүндүрүү

Teacher’s action: Teacher will explain the new theme and show them new words (days of the week). Ok guys listen to me carefully and repeat 3 times after me.

Teacher will give them ex:1. Play Audio 8.2

Student’s action: Students will write on their copy-books. And repeat the new words after the teacher. Students will listen and tick or cross. Then they will answer the question.

3.Practice \ Жаңы теманы бышыктоо

Teacher’s action: Teacher will explain new theme and give them questions with Can you……?  Structure: (Can+Sub+Verb+objects+on+day)

Student’s action: Students will write and read on the board.

1.Can you play football on wednesday? \ Сен шаршемби күнү футбол ойной аласыңбы?

2.Can you come to the school  on Monday? \ Сен дүйшөмбү күнү мектепке келе аласыңбы?

4.Application \ Окуучулар-дын өз алдынча  иштөөсү жана сабакты жыйынтыктоо

Teacher’s action: 1.Teacher will show them wordwall with CAN you…? 2.Application with umbrella. There many questions under the umbrella.Then teacher will give them question. “Can you open the umbrella?”.

Student’s action: Students will raise their hands, spin the wheel and they will make up sentences with the verbs using CAN.

-Can she cook?

-Can he ride a scooter.

-Can you sing a song? etc…..

One of the students will open the umbrella. Then students will choose cards and they will answer all questions with their own words.
